You are part of young new team that is crucial to provide excellent service for our international customers. You will not only monitor the current production systems in different countries 24/7 but also be the first contact for any customer request.

Duties will include:
- Verify services after monitoring alarms
- Create support tickets
- Ensure customer communication (mostly by email) is converted into support tickets
- Send out acknowledgements to the customer
- Prioritize support tickets due to their customer impact
- Assign support tickets to proper project teams for resolution
- Escalate pending issues according to defined procedure
- Check the production system and create preventive maintenance reports
- Resolve straight-forward support tickets and maintenance issues.
To be the right fit for this position, you must have:
- Excellent communications ability in English, written and verbal.
- Have good knowledge of IT, networks, web applications, and mobile phone communication
- Be very analytical and fast learning
- Willing to work shifts
