compensation: $50,000 Baht per month

We are a US based company looking to open a branch in Thailand. Looking for the the brightest candidates only. This person will work directly with the firm's CEO and operations manager to manage and maintain schedules, handle complex travel arrangements, and help to maintain facilities. Significant responsibility is entrusted to this individual.

This person will be part of a team, all of whom assist the CEO in managing personal and business scheduling, organizational matters, and office administration. Local travel may be required and travel expenses will be covered by company.

You must be:

Nationality: Thai citizen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English is a must.
Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize
Motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand
Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role, manages team members, leads assistant meetings, and supervises when needed
Answers phone inquiries, directs calls for executive team
Able to perform clerical duties, maintaining files and confidential information, organizing documents as needed
High school diploma; bachelor degree in business, administration, or related field preferred
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software tools including Google Suite, etc. High level proficiency with M.S.Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint. Scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must.

Expectations:

You must have the capacity to learn and know about multiple companies and responsibilities and track multiple projects and tasks that are going on at the same time.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the managers in conducting business and marketing research.
Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases
Updating office policies and procedures
Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
Supporting CEO, department managers, and staff
Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
Local and overseas travels may be expected in this position. All traveling expenses will be fully paid by the company.
Organizing special functions and social events
Purchasing computers, printers, supplies, and other equipment
Monitoring incoming and outgoing mail; signing for packages from USPS, FedEx, UPS; receiving mail and packages from couriers and delivering to proper recipients
Preparing correspondence, documentation, or business presentation materials
