TCCS Program Assistant: The Program Assistant (PA) is a fulltime contracted position in the Peace Corps office in Bangkok. The PA is responsible for providing office and field support to the Program Manager (PM) and the Program and Training Specialist (PTS) for the Teacher Collaboration and Community Service (TCCS) project. The PA is responsible for program support matters, administrative and logistical support, as well as safety and security. S/he is also an important contact and resource person for TCCS Volunteers. The PA occasionally travels to the field and acts as on-site coordinator for in-service training events.

Required Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree, or relevant work experience
 Fluency in written and spoken Thai and English; strong written English skills
 Program and Administrative support experience
 Proficiency with standard office computer programs
 Valid Thai work and residency permit required; visa sponsorship not available

Desired Qualifications:
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Comfortable and willing to work in a collaborative team environment
 Strong computer, coordination and organizational skills; excellent cross-cultural communication skills
 Flexible, motivated and self-directed
 Prior experience working with Americans in an international organization

 Expected Start Date:
March or April 2018 after successful background security check
 Duty Station:
Bangkok (Dusit District near Krung Thon Bridge)
 Salary Range (Annual):
388,458 to 679,804 THB per year based on a 40-hour work week schedule, qualifications, years of relevant experience, and documented salary history
 Bonus:
Eligible for 13th month prorated bonus depending on start date
 Holidays:
Approximately 20 paid holidays/year
 Travel and Work Schedule:
o Intra-city Travel - from office in Dusit to ministries and embassies as assigned
o Domestic Travel Outside Bangkok - limited travel to PCV sites or conference venues as assigned
o Work on Weekends and Evenings - not scheduled; emergency basis only
